Brochure + Custom Cards

These projects were designed with young adults as the primary audience, with a focus on creating resources that felt engaging, supportive, and accessible. The first was a brochure that clearly communicated the Service Program, including its domains, model, goals, and referral process, using language and visuals tailored to resonate with young adults. The second was a strength discovery and needs assessment tool intentionally designed to feel conversational rather than clinical, encouraging open dialogue and self-reflection instead of formality. The third was a deck of positive affirmations created specifically for young adults aging out of foster care, consisting of 96 unique cards designed to promote encouragement, confidence, and self-worth. Together, these pieces supported meaningful engagement while meeting young adults where they are.
