I Have Hope

This campaign centered on amplifying the voices of young adults transitioning out of foster care by capturing their hopes for the future. Following a listening session where participants shared their lived experiences, each individual was invited to write down what they felt hopeful for. The visuals feature participants holding their handwritten messages, with hands visible to preserve a human connection while faces and names were intentionally obscured to protect privacy. Each portrait was then cut out, converted to black and white, and placed against a vibrant background using brand colors, paired with a statistic about youth aging out of foster care that directly connected to the individual’s statement of hope. The result is a powerful, respectful portrayal that honors both vulnerability and dignity.
